How this website works

Sonic Legends AI is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no login, no payment system and no database. The only place where you enter information is the song request form on the Request a Song page.

Information you enter in the request form

The request form asks for the following details, which you type yourself:

• Full name
• Email address
• Song title
• Music genre
• Mood
• Language
• Lyrics (optional)
• Song idea
• Artist inspiration
• Special instructions (optional)
• Reference link (optional)
• The file name of a reference file you select (optional)

How the form actually sends your request

When you submit the form, the website does not send anything on its own and does not transmit your details to any server. It simply builds a pre-filled email in your browser and opens it in your own email application. You review it and send it yourself from your own email account to the business address below. If you never send that email, we never receive your details. Any reference file you choose is not uploaded; only its file name is included in the message text, so you would need to attach the file yourself in your email app.

Why we need this information

Your name and email address let us reply to you and deliver the finished song. The creative fields (title, genre, mood, language, lyrics, idea, inspiration, instructions, references) are the brief we use to produce the song you asked for.

How the information is used

Once your email reaches us, we read it, produce your AI-generated song based on the brief, and reply to you at the email address you used. We may email you if part of the brief needs clarification. We do not sell or trade your information.

Where your request is stored

Your request exists as an email message: in your own sent mail and in our business email inbox. We do not operate a separate database, customer portal or mailing list for it.

Third-party services this website uses

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to download those font files. The site itself does not run advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. Your email is handled by whichever email provider you and we use to send and receive it.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies. It stores one item in your browser's local storage: your chosen dark or light theme, so the site looks the same the next time you visit. That value stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it from your browser at any time.

Your choices

You control what you put in the form, and nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. If you have already emailed us and want your message and its details removed from our inbox, email soniclegendsai1@gmail.com and ask us to delete it.

Changes to this policy

If the website's functionality changes — for example if a server-side form or a database is added later — this page will be updated to describe what actually happens at that time.
